I’ve been using collagen, consistently, for about 4 months now. It’s so easy to take. I use the unflavored and have no problem mixing in anything, including plain water. It mixes well. I typically use it in room temp beverages in a mason jar. If it gets some clumps, I typically let it sit a bit, then shake again and the clumps dissolve.
Before taking, I had noticed an aching in some of my fingers, which has gone away! I also see a change in my skin. I’m 46, and seeing less fine lines in my face and upper chest area. Even others around me are noticing!
I have always struggled with digestive issues. I still am not 100% balanced, but have noticed improvement there as well.
