My first collagen experience

Decided to try adding collagen to my routine and picked up the Salted Caramel as it was on special and thought I would give it a try. After a day or two of experimenting with my morning coffee...I found the right formula for me. At first the stevia sweetness aftertaste made me question my decision, but now I don't want to finish it since I can't get another at this point. Overall the decision was solid and I will keep using the collagen, now I just have to choose another flavor and start some more experimenting!

I have been looking for ways to increase my health as well as my families and first heard of collagen through Dr. Cate's books. I use this in my coffee each morning and mix with kefir before bed. It tastes pretty good - a little stevia aftertaste but definitely worth it for the health benefits (reason for the 4 and not 5 stars). I will be purchasing more flavors and incorporating collagen into the rest of my families days now too. I have not used collagen before and so glad to have found a clean and safe formula with 5 collagen types.

Great Collagen Powder

I'm a sucker for Caramel so I pulled the plug and ordered it. I've been taking another collagen peptide powder for years. The flavors are great but they didn't have the caramel and they only had 2 of the 5 collagen types in their product. I really never got the results - stronger nails/hair, better skin, more muscle and less joint paid - that I had hoped for. I was always told that I and III were the only collagen types your body could use. Well, I was totally hoodwinked. After less than a month I'm experiencing longer, stronger nails and less pain in my joints. I would give 4 stars for the flavor because the salted caramel flavor is really quite sweet. I put a scoop of vanilla flavored of the other brand I've been using to help lessen the sweetness. When I get all the jars of the other brand gone I will definitely order your vanilla flavor for my oatmeal in the morning and chocolate for my coffee. Another bonus, your product is less expensive than the brand I'm using now.
