After finding out I have Osteoporosis, I wanted to try a better Nutrional way to help build my bones before going to medicine. I purchased the bundle pack of Carmel for my coffee, Strawberry-Lemonade for my water, and the unflavored for everything else. They have a good flavor, and no odd smells. My husband even likes the Carmel in his coffee. I will defiantly be purchasing more.
