If you don’t know me, you may not know 3 years ago I lost about 70 pounds the course of about 6 months.


I’m so grateful to have lost the weight, but thing is, when you start losing weight at that rate, sometimes your body can’t quite keep up with all the changes and your starts hair falling out… #bummersville

AIR-FRIED CHICKEN WINGS with Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds

Makes 2 Serving


Ingredients

CHICKEN

  • 12-16 Cage-Free Chicken Wings
  • 1-2 Scoops CB Supplements Collagen Powder
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • Gallon sized Ziploc
  • 1 Tablespoons Grassfed Butter
  • 3-4 Tablespoons  Hot Sauce (just make sure there are no additional Oils)

SWEET POTATOES

  • 1 One Sweet Potato
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

CHICKEN

  • Combine all Chicken,  Garlic Powder, and Collagen in Ziplock Bag, close and shake to coat.
  • Coat the bottom of the air-fryer with Coconut Oil.
  • Drop all chicken wings into Airfryer on 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Pull out Toss, and set for 5 more minutes.  Repeat that process until Wings' skin is super crispy.
  • When wings are close to done, place

SWEET POTATOES

  • Pre-heat on BROIL
  • Line baking sheet with Parchment Paper for easy clean up
  • Peel Sweet Potato and slice thin (about 1/8-1/4 inch thick)
