Yup. Yup we are. Turns out the 1960s reputation of saturated fat causing heart disease and obesity isn’t true! According to author Spencer Brooks, ‘Saturated fat’s reputation is thanks to incomplete research and premature conclusions from government policymakers. There was even a bit of corporate deception from the sugar industry to make saturated fat look bad instead of sugar.’ (Remember how healthy ‘snackwell’s cookies were supposed to be? I used to eat those by the box full.)

This high-fat coffee (originally made popular by Bulletproof) is intended to be a replacement for our morning breaky, ranging from 250-500 calories. Howeverrrrr, if you like a well-balanced breakfast you can sink your teeth into, THIS latte will become your bestie. With ONLY 1 Tbsp of saturated fats it’s not quite as filling or calorically dense as a traditional Bulletproof coffee.
Try this! Get your metabolism revved up for the day by having it within an hour of waking up and a few hours later enjoy a well-balanced breakfast (protein, fiber,fat, as greens)

8-12 oz. Of a coffee of your choosing (look for fair trade beans if you have access to them)
1 scoop CB Supplements
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk (or go #fullmoo by using Grassfed WHOLE milk or ⅛ cup half & half)
2-3 tsp. coconut oil
1/2–1 tsp. grass-fed butter (for dairy-free option add coconut oil or MTC Oil)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp organic vanilla extract
3-5 drops of liquid English toffee stevia for a little sweet finish (OPTIONAL)
1. Brew coffee
- While waiting on the coffee, add all ingredients into a blender,
Add brewed coffee, and blend on high for 10-15 seconds until creamy and frothy.
4. Pour into your favorite morning mug and enjoy!
